Response times depend on your plan tier. Critical bugs (site down, checkout broken, data loss) are acknowledged within 2 hours and resolved same day on our higher-tier plans. Standard bugs are acknowledged within 1 business day and resolved within 3 business days. All response time commitments are written into your support agreement.

Included hours are flexible — you can use them for small new features, UI improvements, copy changes, third-party integrations, performance work, or anything else that's in scope for your product. The only things that don't come out of included hours are out-of-scope new modules that need their own discovery and scoping.

No. Every project includes a 2-week post-launch bug fix window at no extra cost. After that, ad hoc fixes are available on a time-and-materials basis if you're not on a monthly plan. That said, a maintenance plan is the most cost-effective option if you expect ongoing changes or want guaranteed response times.

The monthly report covers: uptime statistics and any downtime events, Core Web Vitals trends, error rates and top errors from the previous month, security patches applied, dependencies updated, a summary of work done using included hours, and recommendations for the coming month.
